Let me tell you from the start this ain't gonna be for everybody! If you like Mustard you will love it althouth the taste is really subtle..more so than you would think. I can't comment on healthy..
Jimmy's Mustard Chicken 5 tablespoons of Mustard (Your favorite kind) 3 Tablespoons of Dukes Mayonnaise (I have heard there are other brands but do not know this for a fact) 2 Tablespoons of Wurstorshier (I can't spell it or pronounce it but you know what it is) 1 Teaspoon of Reeses Liquid Smoke (Any liquid smoke, I just like that name for some reason?) 1 Tablespoon of Hot Sauce (We just called it "Pete", Texas Pete or your favorite brand). 1/4 Tablespoon of Black Pepper (Nuff said) 3 Tablespoons melted...of any of these...It might be Butter, I wish it was Butter,I can't afford Butter or It's Margarine dang it ...leave me alone) 3 Tablespoons of vinegar. Again..Nuff Said.. Mix all ingredients together any way you want to, blender...spoon...fork...food processor...chopsticks...it's all good. Spread this over one whole cut up fryer in a 9x11 greased (use your imagination) pan...wrap the pan in foil and bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Good with Kool Aid, Sweet Tea.....or depending on the day....maybe a glass of wine or a beer....remember I say I always try to be good....I ain't always successful....but this ain't bad!
